Word Awareness, Inc. Achieves Business Goal With 500 Invoices Issued in 28 Months
Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 2:14PM Word Awareness, Inc., a small network of professional translators established in California, proudly announces the achievement of a very relevant business goal: 500 invoices issued in the past 28 months of business, since its incorporation in 2009.
For a small business, it is critical to monitor the health and success of our operations and there are numerous achievements that can indicate these accomplishments. For Word Awareness, Inc., one of these achievements was found in a simple day-to-day operation. Just as it is important to recognize and surmount hurdles along the way, it is equally important to set business goals and celebrate when they are achieved.
“Our internal goal was to issue our 500th invoice after 30 months of operation, but we were able to achieve that mark two months earlier than expected,” says Rafa Lombardino, President and CEO.
At Word Awareness, the vast majority of invoices is issued monthly to include all small recurrent projects submitted by our clients during a 30-day period. Some other invoices are issued on a project-to-project basis to clients whose translation needs are not so frequent.
Compared to other companies, this may seem a low figure, but for a small business such as Word Awareness, it represents years of dedicated work and a result of our solid reputation and client retention, which has allowed us to develop and maintain several powerful alliances with clients worldwide. Ultimately, these partnerships have formed the cornerstone of our high invoice count and are indicative of the increasing overall strength of our business.
We hope that this attitude will always allow us to appreciate what we have achieved so far while staying focused on what still remains to be done!
